Rome is a one-man band started by Jérôme Reuter in late 2005. Jerome was born and raised in Luxemburg, but he lives in Germany at present. Rome has become a cult band in less than 10 years, earning comparisons with legendary songwriters like Leonard Cohen and Jacque Brel. Many of Jerome’s works have some sort of historical backdrop.
‘This silver coil’ is the first official video of the band, taken from the album ‘Hell Money’. We have always loved the atmosphere of Jerome evocative songs and we highly recommend you to see him live once at least… if you get the chance.

The series of posts ‘A Singular Soundtrack‘ features music videos of songs that we find inspirational, songs that match the aesthetic sensibility of Decimononic and give shape to its universe.
