How are Decimononic jewelry pieces and creations made?
As you know, all our pieces are made using metalsmithing techniques. As happens with any handmade item, none of them can be identical: there will always be slight differences amont them that are part of its unique charm.
We use top-quality materials only in a pet and smoke free environment. We try to use allergy free materials (if not it will be stated in the item description). Remember that our products are not intended for children.
In which countries can I buy from www.decimononic.com?
In Spain (if you are purchasin from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, kindly contact us before placing your order), any European country and the United States of America.
You can pay for your purchase with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or through wire transfer to our bank account.
What is the dispatchment time?
For standard orders, shipping takes 48 to 72 hours.
What about the delivery of my order? How long will it take?
The following shipping and delivery periods apply:
- The period of 4 working days for deliveries within the European Union.
- The period of 6 working days for deliveries to European countries that do not belong to the European Union, except for customs delays.
- The period of 7 working days for deliveries to the United States of America, except for customs delays.
Neither Decimononic nor the courier service shall accept responsibility for any customs procedures that may delay the shipment.
What will happen if any issue arises in processing the order or shipment?
If there are any problems in processing the order or shipment, Decimononic will contact the customer to inform him/her of the situation. The customer may also always contact Decimononic to check the status of an order or a shipment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping is free and Decimononic products are made and shipped with love from Spain. Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for any liability regarding local taxes, like custom duties.
Can I order gifts?
Yes, your order will be gift-wrapped in our characteristic gift packaging and sent to the address you provide. Please include a comment in the “comments” section of our information form to request gift-wrapping.
How can I make a return?
We want satisfied customers. If for some reason you want to return an item, follow the next steps:
- Get in touch with us before returning the item.
- Remember that the item must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt via reputable carrier of your choice with Delivery Confirmation.
- Refund will be purchase price, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and non-refundable.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of wear or abuse.
You must include all packaging materials.
We use digital photography for our work. Every attempt is made to insure that all items are represented in true color. This is not always possible. If we are unable to capture the true color of an item we will say so in its description.
