‘Bottom of the deep blue sea’ by Missio – A Singular Soundtrack by Decimononic

30/04/2018 By JF Alfaya

Missio - Bottom of the deep blue sea

We are glad to share with you today one of the most listened to songs during the design process or our Nautilus Collection. Its title says it all!

Who are Missio?

Missio is an American pop rock duo formed in 2016 in Austin (Texas, U.S.A.). Its name comes from the Latin word for “mission”, which is significant for Missio’s founder because it is a reminder of a time when he was recovering from an addiction. In fact, he has this word tattooed on one of his arms.

Bottom of the deep blue sea

An excerpt of the lyrics:

The berth surrounding my body crushing every bit of bone
The salt, it seeps in through the pores of my open skin
I wait on you inside the bottom of the deep blue sea
I wait on you inside the bottom of the deep blue

Without further ado, here the video of an outstanding acoustic version of this song:

If you have liked this video, we invite you to enjoy the ‘standard’ version too.
